"I MUST SAY I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT THESE, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SUPRIZED. ARRIVED A WEEK EARLY ALSO. I MADE TWO BUT YOU ONLY NEED ONE. DID THEM ON THE GRILL AND THEY WERE JUICY, TENDER AND FULL OF FLAVOR. HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THOSE KANSAS CITY PRODUCTS, BUT TEXAS SIGNATURE IS GREAT. GREAT PRODUCT WILL DEFINITELY BUY MORE. THANX SHOP NBC. YOU ROCK."

"Not all filets are created equal and these are the best home filets we have ever had. I could eat these everyday! I am really picky about my steak and don't like left over cold steak but these are great no matter when eaten. We will purchase again for sure."

"I love these small filet's. They're the perfect size, very rich and filling so you don't need a large portion. I brought them to room temp. and cooked them med-rare and they're melt-in-your-mouth tender. I didn't need a steak knife or any sauces and dips."

Best steak ever!,

"I just finished eating my first steak from ShopNBC and it was the best steak I have ever had at home or in a gourmet restaurant. This steak was as juicy ,tender,and flavorful as any steak I have ever eaten from Morton's or Ruth Chris. I did not need a steak knife! I was able to use my regular dinner knife and no steak sauce is needed to enjoy this steak. These steaks are only four ounces so if you are a big eater you might need 2 or maybe 3. I liked this size because it is the size any dietician would tell you is sufficient for dinner. These steaks come with a prong in them to keep the bacon on but it pulls out easily. My only negative comment is that the dry ice was gone by the time I received these steaks but they were frozen solid. I will definitely be ordering these again. I have been able to buy steaks at a restaurant supply house previously due to a business my family owns but these steaks from ShopNBC are much better and much more tender."
